In 2007 I became Champion in the L1 with the horse Jetse O. during the dressage championship Friesch Paard in Kootwijk. With this I won a Fryso saddle, of course I was very happy! Because who wins a dressage saddle?! Shortly after my victory, Sybren Minkema came to our stable to measure my won saddle. I absolutely loved the Fryso Legacy, the saddle was very nice, gave me sufficient support and the horse also responded well to it, so much so that in the years that followed we won many prizes and made it to the Small Tour kicking. Unfortunately I had to put the horse to sleep due to a fatal accident.

In recent years I have had the opportunity to ride many talented horses, and on many of them I have Fryso saddles. Over the years, Fryso saddles have developed enormously, so that not only the movement of the horse is taken into account, but also the posture and sitting of the rider/amazon. This very is very important. Last year I needed 2 new saddles, 1 for the stallions I ride for Stal Chardon and 1 for a KWPN horse of my own. Together with Tweespan Ruitersport we looked at a Fryso Saddle that not only fits well on the horses, but in which we could also optimize my posture and sitting even more. In it I was privileged to try a type of saddle that was just new on the market, and through some adjustments specifically aimed at me and my horses I got my ultimate saddle that provides better sports performance.
I am happy with the attention that the Fryso team gives to both horse and rider in order to achieve the best possible result and that is for me as high as possible in dressage. All in all, a very satisfied customer!
