Appointments for saddle fitting, filling or fitting or bit/bridle fitting can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments on Monday must be canceled before Saturday 16:00 due to planning.

For saddle checks or bit/bridlefit sessions that are not canceled in time, 50% of the price of the consultation will be charged.
Cost cancellation measuring saddle
For appointments for fitting a new saddle that are not canceled in time, the full rate + travel costs will be charged.
